<p class=MsoNormal>I have started to engage Teco gas to start service for our
home. If you are interested in getting gas, please email me ASAP as now is the
time to take advantage of the cost savings. The more people the order, the less
it will cost for others. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>This is especially true for residents along the eastern side
of the community.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>The nearest gas line is along SW 24<sup>th</sup> Ave, and
those that reside along the road are perfect candidates.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>With the onset of CNG (compressed natural gas) for newer
automobiles around the corner, it will be one motivation to get natural gas for
your home.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Nothing better than filling up at home and in lieu of the
local gas station.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>There are many other benefits such as backup generator,
cooking, grill, dryer, heater etc. having natural gas is also an added
plus to the value of your home.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>I can go on, but you can do your own research. But please do
email me over the next few days if you are even remotely interested so I can
add you to the list for consideration and to have the engineer work up a quote.<o:p></o:p></p>
