<P class=MsoNormal>Wednesday : Charlie DaBrusco, city engineer called to inform
us that he had the engineering company set 4x8’<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>sheets of plywood on three sides of the generator to help
muffle the sound. He again hoped that<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>that this would help and asked us for patience since what had
to be done could not be done<o:p></o:p></P>
