<div>As you are probably aware, changes to the City's solid waste, recycling and bulk trash were made effective October 1, 2009. These changes were discussed by Marnie Rosen with the City's Solid Waste and Recycling Department at the September 30, 2009 WDCA meeting. Attached you will find the City's changes to its pick-up schedules as well as the most recent Solid Waste/Recycling brochure.</div>
