<p>Well, if you read the signs....fishing is not allowed from the bridge.&nbsp; So the children should not be there.&nbsp; Parental intervention is needed.<br /></p> 
  <p>Also, based on prior discussions with the city, 28th doesn't meet their criteria for speedbumps.&nbsp; Nor does SW 15th street.<br /></p> 
  <p>I believe what you need to request...is <u>traffic enforcement</u>.&nbsp; Some enforcement of the 'no fishing from bridge' would be a step in the right direction, too. </p>
