So the children should not be there. Parental intervention is needed.<br></p>
<p>Also, based on prior discussions with the city, 28th doesn't meet their criteria for speedbumps. Nor does SW 15th street.<br></p>
<p>I believe what you need to request...is <u>traffic enforcement</u>. Some enforcement of the 'no fishing from bridge' would be a step in the right direction, too. </p>
