[Email] plans for Tam O'Shanter Golf course

The owners of the Tam O'Shanter Golf Course (located just west of Military Trail south of SW 15th Street) will be presenting a proposal to the City of Deerfield Beach to trade land to the City to allow them to put 500 multi family units on part of the land.  Please see the attached article from the Forum this week.

A representative of the owner will be addressing the West Deerfield Community Alliance meeting on Wednesday, March 31 at 7:00 pm at the BSO Sub Station on Powerline Road.  All Waterford homeowners are invited to attend this meeting.

The group will also present their plans at the Planning and Zoning Meeting on April 1st, 7:00 pm at City Hall.
