Mr. Blem,

I agree with you, enough is enough with this property.

I have had several meeting with the new Interim City Manager Burgess Hanson
to address this issue. I have been working on this since I was elected last
March and became increasingly frustrated with this particular location and
the response by the former City Manager.

We are working on it and I will update you very soon on the course of action
that will be taken.
