I am not sure if this is city owned land or owned by Grabel.  I know the 
City assisted in getting the company to install the fence years ago and also 
stepped in when part of it fell down and they were not replacing it.  The 
City has also been helpful in posting the NO TRUCK signs as you enter onto 
15th Street as many trucks thought you could get to their property from our 
community.

I suggest that you attend Commissioner Ganz's meeting this coming Wednesday, 
2/25, 7 pm at Constitution Park.
