Well, if you read the signs....fishing is not allowed from the bridge.  So the children should not be there.  Parental intervention is needed.

Also, based on prior discussions with the city, 28th doesn't meet their criteria for speedbumps.  Nor does SW 15th street.

I believe what you need to request...is _traffic enforcement_.  Some enforcement of the 'no fishing from bridge' would be a step in the right direction, too.
