Hello everyone.

It is that time again to help out your homeowners association.

Your board has been working hard to help keep this community the best place
to live and it could not happen without the financial support of it's
homeowners such as yourself.

The latest expenditure cost the association some money to get professional
consultants to attend commissioner meetings to fight the water well project.

Without the efforts and financial support, we would have been in a worse off
situation regarding the project.

Living in a volunteer homeowners association I think most of us will agree
is much better than in a community where monthly dues can run well over $100
a month.  For the most part, the residents of Waterford Homes do take care
of their yards and homes, and the volunteer homeowners association is just
an added plus for to help keep you informed regarding issues involving our
community. The WHOA also goes to bat for the residents when it involves
issues needing to be addressed at commissioner meetings, crime prevention,
or other city matters.

The suggested amount is $10 a year.. Whatever you feel you can afford will
