Mike,

Yesterdays work on the Floridan well near 10th Street ended at 1:15 am this morning.  I understand that there was an emergency, however CDM failed to notify the City of the situation and chose to work late into the night without receiving City approval to do so.  The City would have given the residents advance notice if we were informed.  CDM apologizes for their error and stated that this would not happen again.
