[Email] water plant construction on 10th street

There will be a meeting held at City Hall in the Commission Chambers on June
3rd, Wednesday Night at 7PM about the new water processing well on SW 10th
street.

This will be our last chance to review the cities plans for this structure,
the wells, all landscaping, and signage that will be available, 

the overall appearance on 10th Street between 28th and 24th Streets. It is
very important that homeowners be present.   Your board members, both
present and past, have been working with the city officials 

concerning this project for the  past 2 years.  We had no choice in the
placement of the wells however we do have a voice in the look of these
structures..

Now we must ask our homeowners to be at this meeting to demonstrate our
concern for our neighborhood as well as our willingness to cooperate with
the city. Water and its cost is more than a hot topic these days.  Your
presence will speak volumes to all our concerns.

There is strength in numbers, we need you now.
