[Email] Burglary in development just north of Deer Creek

I have received an email from one of our attorneys from work that his home
had been broken into.

Since the home is adjacent Deer Creek, I thought it might be prudent to pass
this along just in case this vehicle shows up in our community.

Two guns were stolen and this was a white young male according to one of his
neighbors that was witnessed.

Entry was through a window that happened to have that zone disabled due to
excessive false alarms. It was dumb luck that that window was used. ( A
lesson learned here to not delay alarm repairs)

The attached contains a photo that was taken from one of the neighbor's
security cameras.

Just as a reminder, if you have a security camera that has the ability to
capture vehicles driving through the neighborhood such as the one in this
photo, please email the board at board at waterfordhomes.org so that in the
event we need to capture some videos at a given time perhaps your system
might help catch a burglar.

The board will maintain the list and contact you if your help is needed.
