[Email] Break-in in Waterford Homes

All,

Please be advised that there have been an increase in break-ins lately.
Please be sure to lock all doors, and if you do not have an alarm system,
please consider getting one.

If you are looking for recommendations, please reply back as I can perhaps
help with that.

For the most part, people with properly installed alarm systems with
adequate coverage have been spared.

Also, many are getting camera systems. If you have one already and have
front of the house coverage, please reply to board at waterfordhomes.org so
that we can coordinate the potential of securing images that might help us
and BSO in indentifying the person(s) involved in the area crimes. 

Also please be aware of your surroundings. Talk to your neighbors and let
them know what your plans are should you leave town.

Any strange cars in the area should be reported.  Last week one alert
neighbor spotted a suspicious person, reported it and within 5 minutes, BSO
made an arrest.
