[Email] video taping on 10th Street

We have been informed by the Water Department that on June10rd at approx.
9:30AM  the companies that will be constructing the wells on 10th ST. will
be video taping the area between 24th and 28th St.    At the meeting on the
Water wells last Wed. night we discovered a number of changes to the plans
that we agreed to almost 2 years ago.  These are of grave concern to our
neighbors closest to the area.  However this project impacts all of our
property values, the look of our community and many of the reasons we bought
into Waterford Homes in the first place.  We addressed these concerns with
Commissioner Ganz who met at the proposed job site on Thursday night to see
exactly what we were worried about,.  At this time all parties involved at
CITY HALL have been made aware of our concerns and we are waiting for their
reply. I would like to thank those of you who attended the meeting last Wed.
We will keep you informed. 

 

THIS PROJECT IS SCHEDULED TO BEGIN ON JULY 6TH,2009 AND RUN THROUGH TO
AUGUST 2010.BE PREPARED FOR ALL KINDS OF DISRUPTIONS
