[Email] IMPORTANT MEETING TONIGHT AT CITY HALL 6/3/2009 @ 7PM (PLease help get the word out today)

All,

I felt compelled to send out an additional reminder after Joan had already
sent out a previous email especially after I hear one resident remark with
"I do not see the reason why I need to go, this is not near my home"

Let me just say this that anything that the city does in or near our
community has an impact to all of us.

The board has worked hard to make some progress on this project so this is
important that we have a presence at this meeting.

It is intend to act as leverage to make sure the city does keep their
promise of what we have already negotiated.

Items of interest include:

.         Potential risk of the protective barrier removal between the well
and the community

.         Changes to building plans (aesthetics concern)

.         Entrance signs already promised by the city
