[Email] Cockatiel found in Waterford Homes (Please help find the owner)

Attention homeowners

Yesterday I had heard and found a desperate Cockatiel on top of my TV
antenna.

I tried to convince the little bird to come down, but had no luck.

I just received a call from my neighbor Becky who had that motherly touch
and was able to secure the bird safely.

It is assumed the bird had gotten out. Please pass the word to your
neighbors as be believe this bird is looking for it's home.

Below is a similar picture of the bird (not actual) just to help those know
what the bird looks like.
