Please note that the board has been working with the city regarding the berm
and the concerns revolving the trees. In fact, we have called the city to
ensure they clarify the miscommunications in their earlier E-project update.

REVISED: E-Project Update - West Wellfield Project - 12/23/2009

In yesterday's E-Project Update, some of the information may have been
misconstrued by subscribers. The message gave the impression that decisions
would be made regarding landscaping, removal of trees and the structure of
the berm, without input from residents. In actuality, residents WILL have an
opportunity for input, as the city plans to meet with residents to develop
these elements of the project. We apologize that this information was not
properly conveyed to subscribers.
